Founded on June 15, 2020, Shanghai Daxin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is located in Zhangjiang Science City, China's Silicon Valley. Since its foundation, Shanghai Daxin has focused on the development of 3D SWIR LiDAR (Light Detection And Ranging) camera sensor for smart phones, including sensor products of the BSI SPAD (single photon avalanche diode) array, hybrid 3D stacking SPAD array and1310nm/1380nm/1550nm 3D SWIR sensor 、1550nm Hybrid 3D stack InGaAs LiDAR sensor, etc. These products can be applied into smart phones, tablets, AR glasses, Metaverse, Automotive, Vehicle Night Vision, etc.

With independent innovation as the company’s core competitive capacity, Shanghai Daxin is devoted to developing key SPAD technologies、SWIR technologies.
